Purchase Order and Invoice Deadline
If you are paying by check, the purchase order and invoice payments must be received 10 days prior to the event date in order to attend the event.

The World Peace Game Foundation reserves the right to cancel an event due to insufficient enrollment. In the event that the Foundation cancels an event, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fees. However, we strongly urge participants to purchase travel insurance if necessary as the Foundation will not reimburse registrants for other expenses related to participating in an event.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Any cancellation by registrant must be received in writing. Cancellation requests received 10 business days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund less $50. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions are allowed.
