No stranger to TED talks, John will be speaking at the inaugural TEDx New England on Nov 1, in Boston.
Life offers many gifts, opportunities, and challenges. Learning how to appreciate and share the gifts, embrace the opportunities and learn from the challenges defines each of our lives. Storytelling and listening to these stories is the oldest form of teaching and learning. TEDxNewEngland seeks to find the people in our region who can inspire others and help shape a better world by sharing stories, passions, discoveries and personal journeys.
What is TEDxNewEngland?
TEDxNewEngland is modeled after, and licensed by, the hugely successful TED organization that runs a series of conferences annually in California. Created in the spirit of TED’s mission, “Ideas Worth Spreading,” the goal of TEDxNewEngland is to bring a thought provoking and invigorating experience to the residents of New England… and beyond. TEDxNewEngland will offer a combination of presenters and performers, all of whom must abide by the TED guidelines to give the presentation of their lives in 18 minutes or less.
